Penerapan Metode Pembelajaran Berbasis Latihan (Drill) di UPTD SMP Negeri 5 Sekampung Udik Satap

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of drill-based learning methods in improving student learning outcomes at UPTD SMP Negeri 5 Sekampung Udik Satap. The research method used is classroom action research (CAR) with quantitative and qualitative approaches. The subjects of the study were grade VIII students who were given material using the drill method. The results of the study showed that the drill method can significantly improve students' understanding of concepts and skills. The conclusion of this study is that the drill method is effective in improving student learning outcomes and can be applied as a sustainable learning strategy.
