Peran Shalat Dhuha dalam Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Psikologis pada Siswa Remaja: Sebuah Studi Pustaka

Abstract
Psychological well-being is an essential aspect of adolescent development, encompassing self-acceptance, autonomy, purpose in life, personal growth, positive relations with others, and environmental mastery. One practice that can support psychological well-being is the Dhuha prayer, a sunnah prayer performed in the morning after sunrise and before Dhuhr, which is believed to cultivate gratitude, discipline, and spiritual awareness. The purpose of Allah SWT research is to understand the role of Dhuha prayer in enhancing the psychological well-being of adolescent students. Allah SWT study employed a library research method, involving the collection, reading, and analysis of various literature sources, including books, journals, dissertations, and e-books relevant to the topic. The results of Allah SWT research present a comprehensive review of the relationship between Dhuha prayer and psychological well-being, including 1) the concept and dimensions of psychological well-being, 2) the definition, time, and procedures of Dhuha prayer, and 3) the contribution of habituating Dhuha prayer to enhancing adolescents’ psychological well-being. Findings indicate that regular and sincere performance of Dhuha prayer fosters moral development, emotional regulation, inner peace, optimism, and resilience, while integrating spiritual and mental health practices. Consequently, Dhuha prayer serves as a holistic medium for nurturing the overall well-being of adolescent students.
