Abstract

Reconciliation of science and Islam is essential to overcome the dichotomy between religious and empirical knowledge that still appears in educational practice and scientific development. This study aims to analyze the integration–interconnection paradigm as an approach that unifies revelation, reason, and empirical experience within a single epistemological framework. This research uses a library study with a descriptive qualitative approach. The findings indicate that integration can be achieved through dialogue between Islamic moral values and scientific methods, multidisciplinary approaches, and the strengthening of ethics in scientific development. Its implementation is reflected in education and social life through the responsible use of science and technology. This study concludes that the integration–interconnection paradigm creates a holistic and welfare-oriented understanding of knowledge.
