Abstract

The role of students as agents of change and agents of social control in society, starts with self-development in the campus environment, one of which is by joining the Student Executive Board organization. This research uses qualitative research methods. Communication within an organization should have humanist values. In accordance with the leadership trilogy of Ki Hajar Dewantara, namely Ing Ngarsa Sung Tuladha, Ing Madya Mangun Karsa, and Tut Wuri Handayani, which was also implemented by developing humanist values. Organizational Management takes the form of interrelated activities consisting of: planning, organizing, directing and supervising. As in the organizational work procedures of the BEM Java Dwipa State Hindu Religion College which has been divided according to each division. Humanist values are applied to the BEM organization, especially as management of conflicts that occur due to miss perspectives or miss communications.
