Abstract
The role of Organizational Communication is very important in increasing employee work motivation. Effective communication creates good relationships between management and employees, and conveys a clear vision and mission of the organization. Constructive feedback and employee involvement in decision making also contribute to increased motivation. Additionally, good communication helps build a positive organizational culture and manage conflict effectively. Thus, implementing appropriate communication strategies can increase employee satisfaction and productivity, as well as support the achievement of organizational goals. This research emphasizes the importance of communication as a tool to empower employees in creating a productive work environment.
