Strategi Komunikasi Persuasif Melalui Media Whatsapp Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Kepercayaan Pelanggan

Abstract
Nowadays the business world is experiencing quite rapid development following the current developments of the times and technology. Many new businesses have emerged supported by increasingly sophisticated media. Business is not only about making profits and profits, but also about creating a positive impact for economic sustainability and a good future. In the era of globalization with advances in technology, this is now a wide opportunity for business people. This progress will change the business model, where in the past business could only be done in the real world and within a limited scope, with this technological progress now business can be done online by observing and reviewing the literature. This research found that persuasive communication is effective Personalization and fast response through one of the social media platforms that is widely used and easy to use, namely WhatsApp, can strengthen customer relationships and increase customer trust in the products and services provided. This strategy includes using friendly language, responding quickly and sending content containing messages about products that are relevant, interesting and provide two-way interaction. The research results show a significant increase in customer trust and loyalty. This article provides insight for business people and prospective business people to optimize persuasive communication via WhatsApp.
